TRAX 2019 at Silverstone

This weekend we headed to Silverstone for the much anticipated TRAX show. The traditional end-of-season finale, it brings together car enthusiasts from all over the UK, so it was the ideal place to unveil our latest valved systems for the Audi S3 (8V) and MINI Gen3 (F56). As soon as the gates opened, the crowds flocked into the event, with many making a beeline for the trade village. We'd secured a prime spot to showcase our products and chat to people about the best options for their particular vehicles.

Although the weather looked like it might spoil the fun, the rain stayed away and there were lots of happy faces. This event just seems to get bigger and better each year.

One car that drew a lot of attention was our BTCC Honda Civic, which had been kindly delivered fresh from the workshop by our partners at AmD Tuning. The car was fully race prepped and ready to take to the track at Brands Hatch next weekend for the British Touring Car Championship season finale. It's always good to be able to get up close to a genuine race car from the top tier of British Motorsport - especially one of the front runners like this!

Our Touring Car was flanked by a stunning Audi S3 and a Fiesta ST Mk8 both fitted with our latest performance exhaust systems. The great thing about a live event is that we can demonstrate just how good our systems sound, and with two willing owners on hand, lots of people got to hear them in action.

The S3 valved system received many positive comments, as it not only transforms the sound of the 2.0 TFSI, but fully integrates with the Audi Drive modes. And the Mk8 Fiesta ST GPF-Back exhaust system really does add character to the 1.5 EcoBoost engine, finished in style with our brand new Carbon Fibre tailpipe option. One of the highlights of the afternoon, was when our friends at AET Motorsport joined us with their BMW M4 (F82).

Currently sporting a Cobra Sport primary cat back exhaust system, the aggressive, sporty note quickly drew a crowd, eager to hear this 500+bhp M4 collaboration.

The car will be back at Cobra Sport HQ shortly to finalise the primary de-cat down pipe development.

Thanks to everyone that came over to speak with us and for the many enquiries that were made; it was great to meet so many customers old and new. It's been a very busy show season for us, so as things calm down, we're looking forward to focusing on some exciting new developments.
