Chris Walker Kawasaki super bike star and Cobra Sport development rider Mark 'Mad Dogs' Davies trades knee skin for first win of 2022.

Team ADSS 97 emerged victorious following the 5th round of the No Limits Racing ACU National Endurance Championship held at Anglesey leaving the team 12pts shy of the top spot with only 3 races left in the season to decide the championship.

The season has been eventful for the ADSS 97 team with multiple top ten finishes and most recently their win at Anglesey sees the competition for the top spot take focus as we head to the closing stages of the championship.

Close rivals and current championship leaders FS-3 kept things interesting at Anglesey and forced the ADSS 97 team to opt for an alternate pit strategy in order to pull back lost time.

As the km's diminished, Mark and the team were able to keep up the pressure breathing down the necks of the championship leaders trailing by only 12 seconds. As they approached the final hour of the race it was team FS-3's front runner that allowed the pressure applied from the 'Mad Dog' to get to his head resulting in an accident that enabled the ADSS team to steal the race lead and ramp home to victory leaving the season wide open as we head into the final stages.

Having worked with Cobra Sport over the past couple of years Mark was keen to feed-back his views on the all new Comp-Ti-S silencer that helped bring home the victory at Anglesey "the titanium can never skipped a beat, I've been abusing the system for the last couple of months now and it just doesn't pick a mark up, not that I can say I've had any issues with any end-cans previously from you guys but this is perfect for me, super light, an unbelievable sound and certainly has more poke than systems I have been running previously"

We now look forward to Oulton Park in a few weeks time where Mark and the ADSS 97 team will be looking to close the gap even further in the hopes of chasing down the 2022 title.
