Japfest 2019 at Silverstone

Cobra Sport opened their busy 2019 show season by attending the ever popular Japfest show at the historic Silverstone race circuit. Japfest is europe's biggest Japanese tuning show and attracts all of the major Japanese car clubs and tuning companies. 

The show features a display of over 3500 Japanese cars from the many car clubs across the UK and Europe along with competitive drifting and high speed track action.

Taking pride of place on the stand we had one of our 2019 Cobra Sport AmD Racing Honda Civic Type R (Fk2) British Touring Cars freshly repaired from the previous weekends rounds at Donington Park.

The Civic Type R generated huge interest at the show and gave motorsport fans a chance to take a look at the title challenger up close and personal. The British Touring Car Championship is the pinnacle of British Motorsport.

To provide a pitch perfect soundtrack to the trade area of the show we proudly displayed one of only 150 Final Edition Subaru WRX / STI's in the UK which was fitted with a full Cobra Sport turbo back exhaust.

The gleaming final edition Subaru offered visitors to the show a chance to hear the glorious Cobra Sport exhaust system in real life.

Coming up next in the show calendar we have the Cobra Sport Group Cars and Coffee event on Saturday 11th May and then over to Donington Park on 13th/14th July for the Japfest and TRAX events.
