Our range of BMW 435D sports exhausts has been developed using 3 inch/76.2mm stainless steel pipework and have been designed to fit neatly with the M-Sport rear bumper and an aftermarket 440i or M4 Style dual/quad exit lower rear panel (available separately). Once fitted, the new Cobra Sport 435D exhaust conversion and replacement body panels look entirely at home on the car and gives the 435D a much sportier edge.

Often described as the everyday mans M4, the 435D offers enough power to eat through the miles whilst providing the comfort to keep going until the tank runs dry, which coincidentally can keep you motoring past 500 miles before having to pull over for a pit stop.

Although the 435D can claim title of the ultimate motorway cruiser it is let down by its rear end styling. Cobra Sport have been able to rectify this with the introduction of their dual exit and quad exit performance exhausts giving the rear of the 435 style more in keeping with the family.

All Cobra Sport performance exhausts are hand made in Sheffield and showcase mandrel bent certified grade 304 stainless steel pipework, formed by superior TIG welding techniques ensuring a quality finish that we guarantee for a lifetime (terms apply).
