Cupra Formentor 2.0 TSI GPF Back Performance Exhaust
Part Number: SE79TP80
Cobra Sport performance exhausts enhance the sound, looks and quality of your vehicle giving you the ultimate driving experience.
Our sports exhausts range is fully guaranteed to give you assurance of our quality.
This Cupra Formentor performance exhaust is made in 3"/76.2mm pipework and fits from the GPF section backwards (GPF-back), this exhaust replaces the centre and rear sections.
Please Note:
Fitted images show the 'Race Exhaust' version.
The 'Valved' exhaust retains the use of exhaust valves. When switching drive modes (e.g. Comfort to Cupra mode) your exhaust tone will continue to swap from quieter to louder tones as before.
The 'Non-Valved' exhaust removes the use of exhaust valves. When switching drive modes (e.g. Comfort to Cupra mode) your exhaust tone will not change from quieter to louder as before. Using a Non-Valved exhaust will not harm the running of your vehicle, you will simply not have exhaust sound options, however the Cobra Sport exhaust has been designed with this in mind.
All relevant fittings and gaskets are supplied.

EML lights may activate after removing the standard O/E catalyst. An ECU Re-map is recommended to correct this problem and stabilise all power increases.
Cobra Sport accepts no responsibility for the use of parts which remove emissions devices on the public highway. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all local laws are adhered to within their home state/country.
The release of the Cupra Formentor has had practical Hot-Hatch and Baby SUV owners grinning with excitement to get behind the wheel and test the limits of Seat's performance brand off shoot crossover.
Looking a lot slimmer, sleeker and sportier than the Ateca 4 Drive the Formentor bridges the gap between performance hot hatch and family SUV. Delivering an impressive 310hp to all four wheels from the turbocharged EA888 2.0 petrol engine, commonly found in other performance VAG's. The Cupra has more than enough excitement and practicality to ensure the kids don't miss their field trip and the completely adaptable suspension guarantees comfort and control at every "are we nearly there yet?"
As with most modern day GPF equipped vehicles the Formentor's bark doesn't quite replicate its bite. Thankfully the Cobra Sport development team have been able to rectify this with their GPF-back performance exhaust for the Cupra Formentor, offering both valved and non-valved variants of the system to ensure you can maintain the stealth and efficiency of the stock system with the ability to make yourself heard at the press of a drive mode switch.
The Cobra Sport system is produced in 3" mandrel bent, expertly TIG welded pipework to ensure the smoothest possible flow and minimal restrictions which open up the potential for further engine tuning should this be paired with a performance downpipe.
Styling can be complimented by a wide option of tailpipes ranging from stainless steel quad pipes that act as a subtle upgrade on stock, right up to the aggressive looking quad carbon slash cut tailpipes that will really help this sporty school commuter stand out in the car park.
As with all Cobra Sport performance exhausts the main ingredient is the Audible Emotion injected from the R&D team that really transforms your drive and tempts you into taking the scenic route home.
The GPF Back performance exhaust systems can be fitted without the need for any engine tuning as it keeps the stock catalyst and GPF in place (MOT compliant).
