The Cobra Sport Development team were more than eager to improve the feel and looks of the Harley Davidson Sportster S. Leaving the factory as Harley's sportiest ride yet the S attracts a lot of attention for its stripped back, old school looks and its modern take on riding. With all the comforts of its Japanese counterparts the only thing lacking in the overall experience is Harley's signature rumble and sense of occasion, not that the 1252cc V-twin lacks grunt, the main issue is the exhaust system, visually it works, taking inspiration from yesteryears flat track racers however Euro 5 regulations have muted the Harley leaving it feeling a little more Jr Davidson than Mr Davidson.

Introducing the Cobra Sport Sportster S Performance Exhaust. Built to put the attitude and emotion back into your Harley Davidson experience, the dual-can system adds both style and prowess that allow the V-twin to sing to its hearts content. The Cobra Sport system replaces the muffled end cans with silencers designed to emit a little more emotion and stainless steel non-catalysed pipework connects to the original exhaust system retaining the standard heat shield.
The Cobra Sport Twin Exit GP matt black end cans completely transform the look of the Sportster S, adding aggression to the rear of your revolutionary sports cruiser. The Cobra Sport development team have enhanced the signature Harley Davidson soundtrack by complimenting the dual GP end cans with a non-catalysed link pipe, optimising the Harley's deep muscly rumble.
For the ultimate thrill seeker, Cobra Sport offers their Twin GP H-Pipe half system. This system offers riders the same stand-out styling courtesy of the dual GP end cans, but they are teamed with a H-Pipe section in the non-catalysed link pipe, offering riders a sportier attitude and allowing the V-twin to sing to its heart's content.
To withstand the incredible heat produced by the Sportster S, Cobra Sport’s stainless steel silencers are coated with a matt black ‘volcanic’ Performance 1 polymer ceramic coating used in motorsport applications worldwide. The performance coating is able to resist temperatures of up to 980 degrees Celsius and reduces the surface temperature of the exhaust by up to 15%.
This Cobra Sport performance exhaust is supplied with removable dB Killers and twin matt black volcanic coated end cans.
