Japfest 2016 at Silverstone

Cobra Sport kicked off the summer show season with our attendance at the 2016 Japfest Show held for the first time at the new show venue of Silverstone Race Circuit.

The Japfest show made the move to Silverstone having previously been held at the Castle Combe Circuit and the new location enabled the show to spread out and become the biggest Japanese Performance show in the Europe. Japfest has secured its place as the Europe's largest Japanese car show.

The event boast a display of over 3500 Japanese cars from the many car clubs along with competitive drifting and high speed track action. We were at the show with the Cobra Sport events trailer which will be in attendance at many car shows over the summer months. 

The attendance at Japfest was incredible and the retail arena was packed for most of the day despite the chilly early spring weather.

On our stand we were proud to have on display the new Honda Civic Type R (FK2) fitted with our new 3" cat back performance exhaust system alongside the stunning Nissan 370Z fitted with a full cat back exhaust and centre 'y' section.  

The two cars along with our range of exhaust display stands and clothing range created a buzz on the stand attracting large crowds throughout the day.
