The Cobra Sport events team headed down to the Santa Pod Raceway in Northamptonshire last weekend for the Mini in the Park show which is one of the UK's largest Mini shows. The event featured a whole range of Mini action on the drag strip along with thousands of the UK's best Minis from all generations on display.
On the Cobra Sport stand were a number of display exhaust from our Mini performance exhaust range along with a pair of Mk2 Minis, both being the Cooper S (R56) model fitted with different Cobra Sport exhaust configurations to demonstrate the upgrades and differences in sound levels and tone.
One R56 had a non resonated cat back exhaust system and the second was running a full exhaust systems including a de-cat and resonated cat back exhaust.
The Mini show also saw the launch of a new range of tailpipes for the Mini in the form of 3.5" (88.9mm) inverted stainless steel slash cut tailpipe (TP83) giving a more aggressive looks to the rear of the vehicle.
The Cobra Sport stand proved to be a popular addition to the Mini in the Park show and was busy throughout the day with show attendees taking the time to listen to and view up close the expert manufacturing which goes into the creation of all Cobra Sport exhausts.
The next show on the events calendar is the TRAX event which is to be held at Silverstone on Sunday 1st October.
