After a rocky start due to technical issues in qualifying, Cobra Sport sponsored Ronan Pearson started P15 for the first race of the day at Snetterton. Sunday 13th June
After a tough Saturday, Ronan and the LDR Performance Tuning team worked tirelessly to rectify the technical issues and get the MINI setup in its sweet spot. The hard work paid off as Ronan put on an excellent show in race two and was able to preserve his tyres well and climb up the grid, making six fantastic overtakes and finishing in P7.
This set the Scotsman up for a P4 start going into race three and nothing was going to get in his way of a podium finish. Ronan fought off fierce competition and made a series of superb overtakes early on, putting on an excellent race for the fans who'd returned to a scorching Snetterton for the first time since 2019. This fantastic drive saw him come home with the silver trophy, in P2.
