Posted by Nick Cockman

Cobra Sport Exhausts marked a significant milestone this week, celebrating 20 years of Exhausts UK Ltd and an impressive 50-year legacy in business. In a rare pause from day-to-day operations, the team came together to reflect on the company's journey and future direction with a special celebration with guests at their new Sheffield headquarters.

The event also marked the official opening of Cobra Sport’s new head office and R&D facility - a symbol of the company’s continued growth and innovation. The occasion was honoured by the presence of several distinguished guests, including HM Lord-Lieutenant of South Yorkshire Dame Hilary Chapman, the Lord Mayor of Sheffield, and the Master and Mistress Cutler. Despite challenging winter weather, guests joined the Cobra team for a day of tours, stories, and celebration.

Visitors were given a behind-the-scenes look at the varied and skilled work carried out across the businesses, with team members sharing insights and stories that reflect Cobra Sport’s ongoing investment in people and craftsmanship.

Managing Director Rachel Abbott commented:
"Milestones like these are a great opportunity to reflect not only on where we’ve come from, but where we’re heading. We’re incredibly proud of our team, our heritage, and the exciting future ahead."

The event was a proud moment for everyone at Cobra Sport, marking both a reflection on decades of achievement and a toast to the future.
