Japfest 2018 at Silverstone

Cobra Sport attended their third show of the 2018 season over a very sunny bank holiday weekend at Silverstone for europe's largest Japanese tuning show. Japfest takes over the whole of the Northamptonshire venue and again proved to be the perfect venue for the show with space to host the many car clubs and tuning companies in attendance.

The show features a display of over 3500 Japanese cars from the many car clubs from across the UK and Europe along with competitive drifting and high speed track action.

Providing a pitch perfect soundtrack to the trade area of the show were four display vehicles all fitted with Cobra Sport exhausts offering visitors to the show a chance to hear the systems in real life.

The stunning sound of the Cobra Exhaust for the Nissan 370Z continues to please, drawing the crowds to the stand during the exhaust sound demonstrations, the car on the stand was fitted with a full Cat Back exhaust which consists of the Y-Section, Centre & Rear Sections.

Also receiving a great deal of attention on the stand was the Toyota GT86 fitted with the full Cobra Sport exhaust system which when fitted produces an unrivalled exhaust sound and performance upgrade.

The full system includes de-cat manifold, sports cat, over pipe & non resonated cat back exhaust. Having previously displayed the 2.0 litre MX-5 ND at the 2017 Japfest show with dual exit exhaust, this year the 1.5 Litre MX-5 ND took a spot on the stand fitted with the popular MZ15 Resonated Cat Back Exhaust.

To complete the collection of show cars we had the Mk3 MX-5 on display fitted with our ever popular race type rear box exhaust finished with a set of 'Blackout' ceramic coated Black Tailpipes.
