In the April 2021 edition of Fast Car Magazine, they highlighted the
new Cobra Sport Performance Exhaust range for the BMW M135i (F40) in their 'Fast Mods' segment.
Fast Car focused on how from factory the M135i comes with a muted exhaust, and how Cobra Sport have added emotion to the drive by creating a range of precision TIG-welded 3”/76.2mm stainless steel performance exhaust systems. The range includes the MOT compliant PPF-back system, which customers can later expand to create a cat back or full turbo back exhaust by adding a PPF delete and a high-flow sports cat or de cat front downpipe.
Fast Car noted on Cobra Sport's Rear Box Delete range that the rear box delete system improves sound levels by +13.1dBs for those who want to significantly improve sound levels but keep the PPF and standard catalyst in place.
Fast Car also noted how Cobra Sport has improved the styling of the BMW M135i (F40) by creating a choice of dual 4in/101.6mm or 4.5in/114.3mm slash cut stainless steel or upgraded carbon fibre tailpipes.
